The Tokyu Sports Oasis Twist Aero Stepper SP-200 is a quiet stepper that allows you to switch between two modes: Twist (twisting motion) and Aero (aerobic exercise). It can be used continuously for 60 minutes and has a weight capacity of 100kg. Mode switching is as simple as changing the cylinder's orientation. Resistance can be adjusted steplessly.
