Vintage Elgin mechanical watch head featuring a sub-second dial at the 6 o'clock position. This timepiece retains its original Art Deco aesthetic with stylized Arabic numerals, though it shows significant signs of age and wear. The mechanical movement is functional and currently works. Please note the heavy patina and oxidation on the dial, significant wear to the gold-filled finish, and the fact that the crystal and case components are currently separated as shown in the photos.
