Commune de L'Etrat France L'Etrat Medal

I have a memory of receiving this in L'Etrat, near Lyon, France, a long time ago.
It's a commemorative medal. It comes in a foldable case.

It has been stored for a long time.
It seems like it can be removed, but it's stiff,
and I gave up because I was afraid of breaking it.
Overall, I think it's in relatively clean condition.

For someone who will cherish it.
I will pack it securely with cushioning material before shipping.
